This piece is a master study of one of Wayne Thiebaud’s most famous paintings, titled Confections. I was inspired to replicate this piece from Thiebaud because of its delicate, simple, and decadent representation of these desserts. Painting the intricate reflections on the glass containers tested my technical brush skill in oil paints.​
